📍 STUDY VISIT TO UNICEF MOLDOVA FOR LAW STUDENTS AND MASTER’S STUDENTS FROM THE MSU 🎓🌐
📅 On May 2, 2025, a group of students from the Faculty of Law of the Moldova State University participated in a study visit to the UNICEF Moldova office.
🔍 The purpose of the visit was to familiarize young people with UNICEF’s activities in Moldova and worldwide, to develop impact analysis and evaluation skills, and to raise awareness about the importance of protecting the best interests of the child in all circumstances.
🗣️ Topics discussed have included: the right to education and healthcare; access to a healthy environment; the right to clean drinking water and adequate hygiene; protection of refugee and unaccompanied children; prevention of violence against children, including domestic violence.
🤝 UNICEF Moldova representatives have explained how they support national institutions in child protection efforts and have presented opportunities for youth involvement in promoting and defending children’s rights.

⚖️🎓 The visit was attended by students from the anglophone group (Cycle I) and master’s students in academic mobility under the ‘Public Law and E-Governance’ program. The visit was facilitated by Dr. Rodica CIOBANU, Head of the Public Law Department, and Dr. Natalia CRECIUN.
