STUDENTS OF THE MASTER PROGRAM ‘PUBLIC LAW AND E-GOVERNMENT’ FROM THE LAW FACULTY OF THE MSU, ON A STUDY VISIT TO THE NATIONAL UNION OF ENFORCEMENT OFFICERS

On May 5, 2026, the master’s students of the master’s program ‘Human Rights and Democratization’ (University of Yerevan, Armenia) on mobility at the Department of Public Law, Faculty of Law, Master’s Program ‘Public Law and E-Government’, conducted a study visit to the National Union of Enforcement Officers.

During the meeting, representatives of the National Union of Enforcement Officers presented relevant statistical data on providing children with maintenance, as well as information about the role of the institution in protecting children’s rights. In particular, issues related to the execution of maintenance obligations, establishing the child’s domicile and other related procedures were addressed.

The visit provided the students with a practical perspective on the activity of bailiffs and their contribution to guaranteeing respect for children’s rights in enforcement procedures.

The activity was coordinated by the head of the Public Law Department, Dr. hab. Rodica Ciobanu, together with teachers Dr. Lilia Chirtoaca, Dr. Olga Baciu and Dr. Natalia Creciun.
