The Public Law Department of the Law Faculty of the Moldova State University and the Scientific Research Laboratory ‘Comparative Public Law and E-Governance’ are organizing, on 3–4 December 2026, the International Scientific and Practical Conference ‘THE STATE, SECURITY AND HUMAN RIGHTS IN THE DIGITAL AGE’.

The scientific event will be held in a hybrid format (in person and/or online). Participation in the conference is free of charge; however, participation-related costs (transportation, accommodation, etc.) shall be covered by each participant.

We invite all interested persons to submit panel proposals dedicated to the theme of the International Scientific and Practical Conference ‘THE STATE, SECURITY AND HUMAN RIGHTS IN THE DIGITAL AGE’. Please note that the person submitting the panel proposal will be part of the Organizing Committee and will be responsible for identifying the panellists and moderating the discussions (in a hybrid, in-person or online format, depending on the participants’ possibilities).

The submitted panel proposal shall comply with the following basic requirements:

  • Panel title
  • List of participants (first name, last name, position, institution, email address, title of the presentation)
  • Format of the discussion (hybrid, in person, online).

 

The conference languages will be Romanian and English.

Each participant may be author or co-author of no more than 2 papers. Accepted papers shall be prepared in accordance with the conference requirements and submitted electronically to the following email address: conferinte.drept.public@gmail.com

 

  • Deadline for submitting panel proposals: 10 September 2026.
  • Registration deadline: 15 November 2026. The registration form can be downloaded HERE
  • Deadline for submitting the article for publication: 28 December 2026.

 

Important:

  1. Certificates of participation will be issued only to persons who have presented their communication during the conference.
  2. Only articles that have been prepared on the basis of the communication presented at the conference and that comply with the technical formatting requirements will be accepted for publication.
  3. The articles will undergo a peer-review process.
