PROFESSORS FROM THE FACULTY OF LAW OF THE MOLDOVA STATE UNIVERSITY IN MOBILITY AT THE FACULTY OF LAW AND ADMINISTRATIVE SCIENCES OF THE UNIVERSITY OF CRAIOVA
Mobility in full swing within the project ‘Challenges and avenues for improving the mechanisms of the rule of law in the context of current crises’.
During July-August 2025, professors from the Faculty of Law of th MSU benefit from a mobility at the Faculty of Law and Administrative Sciences of the University of Craiova. Bilateral collaboration represents a special opportunity to carry out complex, interdisciplinary research on current topics, such as: the supremacy of the constitution as a fundamental value of the rule of law, the valorization of the separation of powers in the state in the context of current crises, mechanisms for strengthening judicial independence in periods of transition, social perception of the efficiency of the act of governance, the configuration of environmental policy benchmarks in the era of globalization, etc.
The project is being carried out under the leadership of the project director, Prof. dr. DANIȘOR Dan-Claudiu. At the Faculty of Law of the MSU it is coordinated by Prof. dr. hab. CIOBANU Rodica.
