PROFESSORS FOR A DAY – STUDENTS: Learning how AI SKILLS can support academic work 🎓
On May 22, 2026, members of the Public Law Department and researchers from the „Comparative Public Law and E-Governance” and „JurisLab” Laboratories, Faculty of Law, Moldova State University took part in a hands-on training session dedicated to the topic „AI Skills: AI Competencies for Academic Productivity”.
The training was built around practical activity sessions, tailored to the real needs of the legal academic environment. Participants explored how AI can be applied to concrete institutional tasks, how to configure privacy settings on dedicated platforms, and how to customize instructions in order to obtain relevant and consistent results. 🔍
Particular emphasis was placed on techniques for writing reusable prompts – a practical skill that can be immediately transferred into everyday work. During the training session, participants also practiced in-depth research methods with AI support, the creation of infographics, and the development of presentations suited to both teaching and institutional contexts. ✅
The session’s trainer, Denis Zacon, an artificial intelligence expert, successfully translated a complex technical field into accessible, applicable language – adapted to the specific demands of academic life. Interaction with participants was lively, and the examples used were relevant and immediately actionable. 💡
The training was facilitated by AO EcoContact, a partner whose support made this professional development opportunity possible. Representatives of AO EcoContact highlighted the importance of partnerships between universities and civil society organizations in building competencies and fostering the exchange of good practices. 🤝
