The Public Law Department of the Law Faculty of the Moldova State University and the Laboratory of Scientific Research „Comparative Public Law and E-Government” are organizing, on December 12-13, 2024, the International Scientific and Practical Conference „THE STATE, SECURITY AND HUMAN RIGHTS IN THE DIGITAL ERA”.
The scientific conference will take place in a mixed format (online and/or onsite). Participation in the conference is free of charge but the costs of participation (transportation, accommodation, etc.) are to be arranged and paid by each participant.
We invite all interested parties, from representatives of the national and international scientific and educational environment to public institutions, diplomatic bodies and non-governmental organizations, PhD students, business environment, and the general public interested in the topic to join.
All interested participants are invited to submit panel proposals on the topic of the International Scientific and Practical Conference „STATE, SECURITY AND HUMAN RIGHTS IN THE DIGITAL ERA”. Those interested may submit one or several panel proposals. Please note that the person submitting the panel proposal will be part of the organizing committee and is responsible for identifying the panelists and for moderating the discussions (in a mixed format, face-to-face, or online – depending on the participants’ possibilities).
The panel proposal shall respect the following basic conditions:
1) Panel title,
2) List of participants (name, surname, position, institution, e-mail address, title of the communication),
3) Format of the panel (mixed, face-to-face, online).
The deadline for submitting panel proposals is August 25, 2024.
The working languages at the conference will be Romanian, English, and Russian.
Each participant may be author or co-author of maximum of 2 papers. Accepted papers will be prepared following the guidelines for authors (attached) and will be sent by e-mail to: conferinte.drept.public@gmail.com
The deadline for submitting full papers is from September 1 to November 15, 2024.
